We provide translation, localization, and related language services as agreed per project. Scope, price, and delivery date are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Quotes and Payment

The price in the written quote is the final price for the scope it covers. Any change or addition after approval is agreed in writing — cost and timing — before it is carried out. Payment methods and details are set out in the quote or invoice.

Client Responsibilities

By sending us materials you confirm you have the right to do so, and you provide what accurate work requires: references, context, glossaries where they exist, and timely approvals.

Revisions and Delivery

We deliver on the agreed date and address your feedback within the agreed scope until the text does its job. Feedback beyond the original scope is treated as additional work, agreed in advance.

Confidentiality

We handle your materials in strict confidence, as detailed on our Confidentiality page and in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the rights to the delivered translation for your project pass to you. Source materials remain the property of their owners at all times.

Liability

We apply full professional care to every project. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in any claim is limited to the value of the contracted service itself.

Governing Law

These terms are construed under the laws of the State of California, United States — where the company is registered — unless otherwise agreed in writing.
