Where we use AI, and where we don’t
A plain-language summary of our policy, so your legal, security and procurement teams know what happens to your content.

What happens to your content
- Your AI choice is recorded in writing at the start of each project
- We sign your company’s NDA
- We delete files on request
- Your translation memory belongs to you
- When we use AI, client content is processed only through business AI services whose terms prohibit using it to train AI models
- We never put client content into free consumer AI tools
