Do you use AI on every project?
No. AI assists only where it suits the content and only if you approve it. You can choose a workflow with no AI at all.
Do you use AI for legal and medical documents?
Not by default. These are translated by specialist linguists. AI assistance is used only if you request it in writing, and the text is always fully post-edited.
Are editing and proofreading included?
Editing (a second linguist reviews the translation against the source) and proofreading (a final read of the translated text) are separate, optional steps, priced in your quote. In Level 3, editing is part of the bundle and itemized in your quote.
Which languages do you work with?
Arabic and 10 languages: English, Chinese, French, Spanish, German, Turkish, Russian, Hindi, Japanese and Korean.
Who owns the translation memory?
You do. We keep it up to date and hand it over in TMX format on request. Repetitions and translation memory matches are quoted at reduced rates.
